Important Note:
It is one unified form for both the Duty Suspension (for vacations) and then subsequent duty Rejoining. So it is mandatory to use the same single Form, for both the procedures, and no one is allowed to fill-up a separate new Form for Duty Rejoining purpose.

Steps:
1) Once a duty Suspension Form is uploaded and approved, it shall remain in your ESS account (i.e. Main Menu INBOX –> APPROVAL INBOX). It shall thus be available for your subsequent duty rejoining.

2) At the time of Duty Rejoining: Simply open the same Form from your APPROVAL INBOX, enter the Date of your duty re-joining and select the assigned duty then Press the Submit Button.
